Note: We will not contact candidates until we speak with you. We also encourage you to speak directly with candidates to confirm eligibility.

We seek to serve parents who...

Have children under 18 and living at home
Have no children over 18
Work 40+ hours per week (pre-COVID) at a
- Near-minimum wage job (e.g. cashier, server) and/or
- Service industry job (e.g. cleaner, landscaper) and/or
- Entry-level professional job (e.g. receptionist, home health aid)
...or are working 7 days a week (e.g. restaurant owner, multiple jobs)

Note: Candidates do not need to be English speaking or provide proof of legal status.

Nominee Information

Nominee's personal details: please tell us the person's full name (first & last), gender, contact info (we will NOT contact them without speaking to you first), household composition (e.g., family members, # kids, approximate ages), racial/immigration background (e.g., minority status, home country)

Nominee's employment details: employer/company, job title/role, how long the nominee has been with the company, and whether they are full/part-time/laid-off, etc

How can An Easier Mile support this person? What would this person do with a few extra hours a day? Does he/she have specific goals (e.g., educational, financial, career) that you can see An Easier Mile helping with?

Please provide 2-3 references, including at least one who is not a friend/family member (could be co-worker, organization leader, etc). For each reference, please provide their name, relationship to the candidate, and contact information: we will NOT contact them without speaking with you first)
